Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. We have found that insurance greatly limits physical therapy treatment options and by being a cash/credit only practice, we are not limited by insurance and give you the best treatment possible, without the worry.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
The State of Florida does not require a doctor's prescription or referral according to Florida Statutes – Chapter 486.021 (11) (a) . A patient can be seen by a physical therapist without a prescription for 30 days from the start of the plan of care. If, after 30 days, your ailment has not resolved, a physician prescription/referral is required to continue PT.
Where is your practice?
We do not have a physical location because WE COME TO YOU! Discount is given to Celebration residents.
